Octopus Energy Backend Developer interview questions

Initial screening with a recruiter, followed by a semi-technical interview with two senior developers. Technical challenge followed, which was a good level of difficulty / duration, as well as being interesting. Final round interview, which was split between discussing the technical challenge submission, and a more general motivations discussion.
