Screening call by their talent team was followed up by an initial interview with several of the engineering team. Following that was a technical test, which if passes initial inspection leads to the final stage of interviews to talk to other members of the team and to walk through the tech test; approach taken, discussing improvements, etc. which for me was on-site.
