Opportunity to work on great projects with great clients and pack your career with more experience

Cons

If you are not being promoted every couple of years move on! Don't get stuck in consultancy unless you love hotel food, basic economy flights hotels and 5am starts, only to find that your buddies are overtaking you on the corporate ladder.
