Pros

Great "one-team" approach, very open culture with easy access to senior management. Opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the corporate and public sector.

Cons

As with all consultancy firms, there are periods of high workload - but management genuinely cares that individuals are not continually overloaded.

Pros

My team is always very supportive of me and my career goals. I am the driver to my own career. Flexible working - regularly working from home and flexible hours around personal lives. Regular office socials (pre-covid). Flat structure, everyone is friendly and approachable.

Cons

I don't always see my team as they are out and about - but that means we work on other ways to communicate.
