Interview with the HR recruiter. I gave her my background and we discussed the role. She contacted me back stating the team is "very interested" and would like to proceed to an official interview with the team. Never heard back and she ghosted me.
Started with a 30 minute phone call, very casual. Next round was a 1 on 1 and a short "presentation" on a 1 page client evaluation. I put a lot more prep into this part of the interview, unfortunately the interviewer didn't seem to care much about it
Standard 30 minute HR introduction interview, via video call. Review resume, talk about the position, that sort of thing. Had I proceeded, I believe it would go to some kind of panel interview, along with a test.
