      Pros

      The ability to learn and grow both personally and in terms of capability is great. The people are great. And its a successful business that is growing rapidly.

      Cons

      You are kepy very busy - but that's a good thing too. You get given a lot of responsibility, so its not possible to hide on a bad day!

      Worklife balance, opportunity to fastrack experience gained, exposure to many clients and industries, ability to gain cross category experience, fast growing business with an improving market presence and reputation.

      Cons

      Poor remuneration and benefits package, little communication from management during time of rapid change, no clarity on the business cost structure and future vision, very difficult to achieve promotions regardless of performance.
