Pros

They will hire with no experience and many people not fluent in English at all in Henderson NV and Las Vegas clinics so this might be a pro for some people.

Cons

They will pay minimal hourly wages, they will press and push on you to sell overpriced products and you get nothing from the sales unless you made $1500+. No career advancement, no pay increase for many years I have been there, never been late, never called out. Sad to hear how every second client dissatisfied with Massage Envy practices regarding subscription and often double charges for services specifically in Anthem Henderson NV location, estheticians are not communicating with clients and charging them 2 credits instead of 1 which looks good on newsletter and sales every month but very shady from the client perspective. Constant change of general management, corporate pressing. Your fellow estheticians will be dirty and you will clean behind them be you share the room and some “professionals” do not change even sheets between clients. I have noticed a lot of disgusting things and behaviors lately, including smells from coworkers.
