Pros

Great starting pay, along with commission (for each membership sold) on top of that. The job is generally stress-free, with the occasional "busy" times. The environment is clean and relaxing, just what our clients appreciate. Benefits are great too ( one free massage every month/ discounted services). Everyone is laid back and friendly.

Cons

Sometimes the weekday hours are very slow. There are also some really immature clients that come in all grumpy and like to take it out on you. You need to be patient and understanding.

Pros

Experience. It's a good place to start out if you're fresh out of school and single because you get a feel of how things are but it's not some where you want to work for the rest of your life. It's just a place to help you find and appreciate bigger and better things.

Cons

The pay and their are no benefits where I work. They charge only $39 for members for everything from Swedish to Reflexology and out of that $39 you're only getting paid $15 even for members. Also drama builds very quickly and they don't care about their employees. They are so desperate for members and selling memberships that they hand them out like candy (even to pervs). The music there is horrible, it skips, it pauses for 2minutes at a time, and no one does anything about it!
