Pros

A place to work with a lot of therapists. Sharing feedback helps eveyone do better. Clean atmosphere. All supplies provided. 1 free massage a month. Some personal days offered, but sometimes confusing on the rules. Internet access in the breakroom. Bonus for referring a therpist to work there.

Cons

Used to be flexible, but now you can't get a day off unless you have a replacement. Even if it's for the doctor! Pay could be better. ey don't do therapist reviews so don't expect a raise. You don't get money unless you ask for it. The management is unprofessional and downright rude to their therapists. There is no positive feedback. You will hear about it when you don't help them get a sale. That's all the otherside of Massage Envy cares about. Numbers. They've promised a paid vacation for years and no employee has had this fulfilled.

Pros

They hire newly licensed therapists just out of school. Mostly clean work environment. They supply sheets, towels, lubricant.

Cons

Very, very low pay way below industry standards. No sick time, vacation time, retirement, decent health benefits. Required to be at meetings on our days off. Requested to sell memberships but not given commission. No compensation for repeat clients.

Pros

Semi-flexible shift hours, clean atmosphere, pleasant ambience, updated house software, friendly staff, access to the internet, under 40 hours a week.

Cons

Very little pay (barely above minimum wage, even for college graduates), unrealistic expectations by the management to sell memberships to people coming out of their first-time appointments rather than to all prospects.
