Pros

The clinic staff, administrators and owners are wonderful at my clinic. They are flexible with scheduling and respectful of our suggestions. We are always busy! Unlike other clinics in the area, you don't sit around all day in the break room. You get to work! Paid a little extra for Requests and turning Prospects to members. Great place overall

Cons

none really. Sometimes other therapists like to moan and groan (which they would do anywhere at any clinic asides from massage envy). These people do not last too long anyways. A good attitude goes a long way a massage envy

Pros

Health and Dental Insurance at a group rate. Support from some of your fellow employees. No required massage routine. Store provides linens, laundry, tables, oils and rooms. Company provides marketing, sales, filing and computerized appointment setting. Commitment from most clients for regular treatments.

Cons

Therapists frequently do not work as a tea, due to competitive reasons. Frequent turnover of front end causing billing mistakes, re-training, scheduling mistakes and client dissatisfaction. Frequent mistakes on paychecks.

Pros

great co-workers great facility low stress dress code easy to mold schedule to your needs and time off clean work environment

Cons

have to basically become a used car salesman after each massage to "rope 'em in" to the membership program that the company pushes clientele on lower pay scale...lower tips. no scheduled meetings to tell employees when procedures or rules changed MUSAK SUCKED! ugly colored polo shirt uniform
