Pros

My coworkers were the reason I kept my job for so long. They genuinely treated out like family and made work truly enjoyable.

Cons

Pay was inconsistent and heavily dependent on bookings, which were not always reliable. I had ongoing concerns about workplace conditions and the quality of some supplies provided. It was difficult to get clear communication from management, especially regarding payroll questions. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of transparency around pay and limited support for employees.
