Pros

At first everyone was nice

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. Spa director is constantly forgetting things like to honor dates off requested and to properly compensate you for a task you already did. Work schedule is not flexible whatsoever, one person, favorite has their ideal schedule and every has to fit in.Not compensated correctly. Pushy management. Lots of work drama

Pros

I wouldn't apply if you don't want to be a sales person. The job is sales focused and they are really pushy about it.

Cons

Massage Envy itself may be a great company but from the management I was under, I couldn't tell. I wouldn't recommend anyone in the Atlanta area applying to the Toco Hills location because it is awful.

Pros

I am constantly booked, generally 2 months in advance. They have allowed me to use two stools in the treatment room to try to keep my falls in the treatment room to a minimum. They have lightened up on my schedule, allowing breaks between clients because I am not as quick as the other therapists with my turnaround -- 5 minutes to get people out, turn the room and bring in the next is hard for me - especially if i am experiencing a bad fall or memory day

Cons

i have a service animal that was known to management when I hired on. Upon employment, I was asked to either leave my MOBILITY SUPPORT animal at home or leave him in the break room because he is too big to be in the treatment room. I have fallen (on camera & in front of customers) several times within the store (in treatments as well, and crashing into the walls) as well as in the parking lot. Management chooses to look the other way and not acknowledge that I am having any issues because I am constantly booked and requested..
