Pros
I am constantly booked, generally 2 months in advance. They have allowed me to use two stools in the treatment room to try to keep my falls in the treatment room to a minimum. They have lightened up on my schedule, allowing breaks between clients because I am not as quick as the other therapists with my turnaround -- 5 minutes to get people out, turn the room and bring in the next is hard for me - especially if i am experiencing a bad fall or memory day
Cons
i have a service animal that was known to management when I hired on. Upon employment, I was asked to either leave my MOBILITY SUPPORT animal at home or leave him in the break room because he is too big to be in the treatment room. I have fallen (on camera & in front of customers) several times within the store (in treatments as well, and crashing into the walls) as well as in the parking lot. Management chooses to look the other way and not acknowledge that I am having any issues because I am constantly booked and requested..
