Pros

Make great money if you're very good at sales and the marketing team is actually doing a good job.

Cons

New CEO Sharon and pool boy Scott LePage just tell us what we want to hear, they give us snippets of info here and there. Closed the doors of Canadian clinics on no notice and switched the locks letting an entire staff go overnight. No severance package and no care that these people had children at home and mouths to feed. Considering I sell them over 200k a month it's interesting to me that they couldn't have offered better care to their employees. They allow top performers to get away with swerving calls, and only taking people who have names that appear like they have money a.k.a. most likely racial discrimination, and they turn a blind eye, because that individual makes them so much money. Then let people go because they don't actually get those calls, but if it were fair, every person would have an opportunity have taken those calls, and the top performer would perform most likely just like the rest of us. The company is a sinking ship, raising prices on consumers during a time of inflation, and claiming that they are an elite company, the best of the best but most of the time we can't even get somebody scheduled. They've been putting out fires since they started who is no care in the world for any of us firing people who deserve to stay and promoting people who don't deserve to be in the positions they're in.

Pros

*It's remote so you can work from home *I've met some great friends here *I love my manager and the training manager is always helping us out too even though she doesn't have to *Benefits aren't bad (but insurance is expensive - taken out biweekly) *Free dental insurance for the basics

Cons

*Don't get me wrong, job security during a pandemic is something I'm grateful for. But there's so much disorganization within this company that it stresses you out to the point of hating your job a lot. Which sucks, because I know this company can do better and be better. *The biggest thing new applicants should know is that you will not make what they tell you the earning potential is during your job interview and training. Most of us are working 12 hour days or so just to make the monthly draw allowance and a little bit over. The earning potential used to be there, but now we don't have enough leads due to them hiring over 200 LRCs (sale consultants) and the leads being stretch thin between us. This is why I had to leave. I've seen this company go from being ran like an amazing small business to now being ran like a corporate call center where you're just another number. It makes me really sad how replaceable you are to the top managers here. *There's also so much forced and toxic positivity from upper management that it just makes everything feel worse when you know how much that job has changed for the worse and that these new hires coming in have been lied to about earning potential. It's just not true anymore.

Pros

The women you work with and the clients are amazing

Cons

I worked for this company for 8 years. I watched it go from being the most incredible growing company to a sinking ship. It was so sad to see what happened over the last 2 years. Employees have voiced concerns and the company didn't listen. It was all about the $. It was at the expense of customer service. If you cant treat employees and clients right, you won't succeed. It's simple. Management lost touch with what was happening in the center. Daily actions were determined by looking at numbers on a computer.
