You will be under the impression you are working 40 hours a week. Once onboarded they surprise you and you work a max of 30 hours. They claim you receive free employee treatments quarterly of services they offer. I've been here for greater than 1 year and noone has received these services. Training is subpar, inconsistent, not up to date, and lazy at times. You're then expected to perform services on clients and "wing it". Facilities are unclean, outdated, equipment out of order often, or used when at unsafe levels. Bathroom and break room facilities often out of order and must go in a cup or walk to neighboring facility if time allows. Set time for mandatory education is not given. You are publicly called out for not completing or for making sales. High turnover rate No relationship with management No physician or manager on site Noone to contact if issues arise suddenly. Resolution time doesn't exist I could go on!

CEO is too focus on growing the dollar amount in sales and does not understand the strong base of the company is his field leadership. He has found himself a "yes man" that will do anything to get the growth he wants to see, even if it means people leaving in droves. Goal is to cut field workforce as he believes these Client Service roles can be automated to a call center. This company is hemorrhaging talent and loosing their top people to competitors because of the unethical decisions being made. Google scores are down and this is blamed on clinic experience and not the strict policies put in place that prevent true customer service.
