Pros

You get free services but be carful not to quit to close to the end if your last treatment because if you do they will garnish your last paycheck awesome training amenities when traveling they shed no expense to ensure you have fun great place to pit stop for a job until real work with real time management surfaces new branding strategy centers will look nice and modern

Cons

highly incompetent regional directors average time of a regional director in a manager role is about 4 years total that is alarming as well as home office employees and the home office employees that have time are left unchecked and treat field employees horrible they do not understand nor have the experience to know how to talk to the employees out in the field that are doing the real work that ultimately fills the home office and regionals pockets due to inexperience incompetent regional directors micromanage to the fullest extent that they can sad thing is they think that’s modern practice once had a regional director state they were taking classes on how to coach employees regional director was so inexperienced they didn’t even realize as a regional director they should have mastered that technique before they were given there position regional directors as well as corporate home office employees spend countless hours to find something to discipline or terminate employees just to realize they have uncovered nothing regional directors show huge amounts of favoritism and when questioned they state it’s nothing more that professional jealousy STRANGE regional directors listen to hearsay and do not support employees that they perceive to be a threat due to competent reasoning regional directors have control issues very narcissistic and they truly act as if that is normal no work life balance regionals expect you to work on your days off and call you all the time when your away but don’t call them when they are off it could be very detrimental regional directors are so incompetent they lose their train of thought during conference calls and think it’s funny staffing issues regional directors have no concept of operations they implement directives without seeing long term gains or consequences

Pros

Great initial training in Florida. Everyone appears to be helpful and supportive...Also see Cons. Free treatments. Offer lots of different modalities. Good PTO.

Cons

Initial training versus the reality of the position is night and day. You’ll be wined and dined and told everything you want to hear. Once that’s over, everyone disappears and so does the SUPPORT. HR is seriously lacking and are out of touch with the goings on in the field. All new Mgrs inherited their centers....problems and all. If you try and correct them and rock the boat...watch out! The support you were promised is no where to be found. And no one will have your back. There’s poor communication all around and you’re now treated as an associate versus the strong manager you were recruited for. Makes NO sense. Looking to get out before it gets worse!!!

Pros

Low stress, little distractions with clients, good hourly pay, employees are nice, great training program, most days you get a lunch break

Cons

Only hiring part time now so they don't have to give benefits but expected to be available any day any hours they say so makes it difficult to work another job To fill in for this one being part time. One week work 40 hours next week 10. Also they don't give you enough time with each client to properly give them the treatment they paid for. It's very pricey and the client deserves the best treatment. Your rushed and you end up having to cut corners on hair removal. They recently hired new mangers for the centers, so it's in a transition, I don't think the new managers are being told same things that corporate is telling employees. I was told 2-3 days a week and it's in my contract I signed when hired but sometimes it's four days sometimes 2 with little hours. Unpredictable. Computer system is awful, takes time away from clients to wait for it to load. Very complicated process to get license for lasers. Also first week of training is in Tampa, it's all reimbursed food and everything but takes weeks to get Your money back, longer than a month. So you will need money ahead of time, license $200, food $60 day for that training week. Again you'll have to pay this all upfront and wait for your reimbursement. Some offices do not have break rooms or lunch rooms. Also need more laser hair removal equipment and rooms for busy offices. This would be a great part time job to work with another job but it's not flexible enough with schedule.
