Pros
Can be a fun and great job! Corporate ruins this! On the job training for LHR, cooltone, coolsculpting, BBL, fillers/botox, Ultherapy. Fairly competitive hourly pay plus bonuses (if they actually pay you for your sales and dont BS you with their lies and scams)
Cons
You will be under the impression you are working 40 hours a week. Once onboarded they surprise you and you work a max of 30 hours. They claim you receive free employee treatments quarterly of services they offer. I've been here for greater than 1 year and noone has received these services. Training is subpar, inconsistent, not up to date, and lazy at times. You're then expected to perform services on clients and "wing it". Facilities are unclean, outdated, equipment out of order often, or used when at unsafe levels. Bathroom and break room facilities often out of order and must go in a cup or walk to neighboring facility if time allows. Set time for mandatory education is not given. You are publicly called out for not completing or for making sales. High turnover rate No relationship with management No physician or manager on site Noone to contact if issues arise suddenly. Resolution time doesn't exist I could go on!
