      Well balanced, friendly but effective way of working. Tight, well managed teams.

      Pros

      It harnesses some of the old school characters, where people are treated as people with varying needs, whilst maintainin an attention to profitability. Was one of the happiest places I've worked.

      Cons

      Not perhaps quite as aggressive a company as it could have been, which resulted in being a market follower versus a leader. Needed a little more creativity to think originally and be a true leader in the market place.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Friendly people. Every day was a different challenge and you have the opportunity to make your own schedule.

      Cons

      No job advancement. Lack of performance appraisal system. Management didn't seem to care if we were interested in advancing our career.

      A corporate culture where everyone was out to cover their own butt, with bad communication and lack of accountability.

      Pros

      There were free bagels and donuts on Fridays. Discounted Yoga was offered to employees once a week during office hours.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between staff and management. Management was very quick to point the finger under any questionable circumstance. The training program is non-existent. Lack of guidance for new employees.
