Volunteer time, great PTO, fast paced and a great professional environment.

Cons

Career advancement is very slow. Pay is substantially lower than other organizations. Management doesn't always have it's ear to the ground. Poor communication between divisions.

Great benefits, especially paid-time off including 4 weeks of paid time immediately upon hire, great co-workers, laid-back work environment

Cons

Not enough pay compared to other financial companies, management can be a bit too nonchalant when it comes to supporting employees, promotion opportunities are few and far between, high turnover rate for new employees
