      Global company, brand recognition, good benefit package

      Complex structure, too much emphasis placed on complex products, ING Group is emphasizing cost cutting in the US, jobs are protected in Europe

      Pros

      This company does have generous benefit and education policy for full time permanent employees. Employees are encouraged to persue professional designations.

      Cons

      The company is not doing well financially and is very top heavy. There is a clear deliniation between management and the balance of the staff. Personally, I was treated well, but I witnessed many instances of personnel not being treated in a fair manner.

      Some senior management are trying to change.. Higher salary than the market (average) A great place to learn and challenge urself if you have patience

      Cons

      Change is difficult... very defensive Decisions are slow Program is overpromised... no leadership development available 'coz of no budget , unplanned?!!! Culture - mixed create confusion
