Loyal employees community spirit support of charitable causes great PTO program good accomodation of virtual work arrangements

Cons

no management regard for loyalty nor tenure too many changes in executive management level over years since CitiStreet acquired by ING too bureaucratic causing lowered productivity focused only on numbers due to preparation for IPO compensation program is weak management politics causes lowered productivity

Good name recognition on the resume. Good mix of products and specialities - you should be able to find something that tickles you fancy.

Cons

Politics are what you expect. Oppertunities were presented to those who where friends or ones with benefits for the most part. There is no work life balanace.
