Great place to work at, take care of their employees, balanced working hours, good work life balance, lots of interaction, great team when I was there and lots of challenging work. They rotate their employees and take care of the high performers.

Cons

Job security issues as company has taken a loan and needs to repay it back.

Digit and friendly, easy-paced company compared to American firms. Keeping on own job with own pace was respected as long as there results catch up with the performance.

Cons

Position, salary promotion were not attractive enough to motivate associate level employees. And it takes time to get promoted to the certain level to be involved to department decisions.
