Nice and friendly colleagues to work with Great work-life balance with a laid-back culture A flat culture and less bureaucracies which is great

Cons

50% work in office policy. Upper management tracks how many days you'll be in the office Extreme lack of budget for projects- rely on budgets from the head office in Amsterdam Base pay is low compared to peers, no bonuses, no shares There are some incompetent managers around. Talk the talk, but don't walk the walk A lot of good employees left Zero training provided to upskill Old systems and processes

Pros

Decent pay for no qualifications. The trainers are really lovely and supportive. All other Pros listed are no longer present. Used to have a great culture. Hard work was rewarded/noticed and career progression was available.

Cons

Micromanaged. Extremely high turn over. Understaffed. Recent drop is culture has lead to experienced staff leaving. Contact centre is barely afloat with under experienced staff doing their best to keep up with growing demands. Due to drop in service levels, all training/coaching has ceased causing under experienced staff to continue to make mistakes leading to disciplinary action/higher stress. Zero benefits/partnerships.

Unfortunately, it was such a terrible experience I have nothing good to say about this place. Could not wait to get out of this place.

Cons

If you don't want to be a part of toxic culture don't even think about joining this organization!!! workplace bullying and no room for growth. Management does nothing but takes credit for your work. Terrible!
