Pros

The mall, the products, pay, food, coworkers.

Cons

I went there with hearing some good things about the company and I was excited to experience their culture but overall, QSR managers were rude and disorganized. I started hearing bad things about them from employees who worked long-term and it eventually got to me as well. Some managers said rude things that were irrelevant to my performance or work to my face and I still feel terrible to this day for having experienced it. There are nice managers but the one with the most responsibilities were known to continuously harass/bully employees, be disrespectful and inconsistent with giving proper guidelines to employees. Simple tasks became stressful. A lot of long-term employees were expressing discontent and problems quickly spilled over to new hires.

Pros

Depending on the area where you work, you can get tips

Cons

There's favoritism with some employees that don't really work, others employees have to work harder than others, the main manager doesn't care at all for the well being of the employees. The food provided to the employee is no good, either salty, or with no taste, employees sometimes can't eat anything because the manager doesn't care if the chefs prepare enough for the whole personal during all the shifts. It's no a great place to work and grow, you can feel the difference on how some are treated better than others. this company is one of those that don't care about the employee as a human being at all. Sad but truth.

Pros

good pizza and groceries, but expensive

Cons

management does not work in an american sense, they want italian managers, and do not value hard work and commitment, and are easily ready to let you go because you're not italian. if you're applying to work here, ask why they have lost the majority of retail managers in the last three months, either they have quit, or been terminated. The company was bought out by an Italian investment company, and all they care about are numbers now. The current management at the Century City store, don't care about you as a person, and have little personal interaction with the retail employees. They just care about numbers, and sit in their office crunching numbers. Not a good atmosphere to work at all. They don't care about the employees, either helping to train them, or being open to new ideas.
