Pros

Initially, great benefits until another company bought it out.

Cons

If you are not Italian, you WILL NOT be promoted beyond a certain point, you will NEVER be considered for a position above floor management if you aren't

Pros

Fun job good coworkers and location

Cons

Upper management is lazy and lost. Has no direction and will throw anyone under the bus to keep her job. She's fired 90 percent of management under her and continues to not show leadership when asked for advice or anything at all period. Walks around looking for anything to fire team mates and management. Makes this place very difficult to continue to be happy in.
