Fraudulent and Predatory Hiring Practice

Pros

Great people looking to learn and grow in the industry

Cons

During the interview senior management explains that the pay is low initially offering recent graduates of places like CIA or Johnson and Whales and opportunity. However, they also explain at the six month mark you will get a nice raise and make better money. Problem is after people literally give up their life for six months and pledge complete loyalty to the company ~80% of the new hires are fired at the six month mark without good reason. Then immediately you will find the HR and recruiting team posting on the job boards at CIA and Johnson and Whales looking to prey on the next batch of hopeful graduates. This is despicable preying on young people like that and after doing research this seems to be well known in the industry. Somebody needs to look into the ethics of this company.

Pros

None. This place is terrible I can't imagine working for a worse company ever again in my life.

Cons

Run by spoiled rich kids from the upper east side who have no idea how to operate an honest business.

Pros

The best reason to work here is that other people want to come visit the store, so your friends and family will pay you some visits.

Cons

-out of touch management -company run without any strategy- to decide what to do they go based on what they "feel" rather than any research -horrible company atmosphere- people crying daily -everyone knows most people want to leave their jobs -management gets around 30k salaries and spend their entire lives at the store -defensive GMs -basically kept running because a rich man owns the company. this branch makes no money.
