Pros

they give you a free lunch (which sometimes makes people sick)

Cons

I used to work here and an unreasonable amount of terrible things happened to me while working here. I was sexually harassed by a colleague and I reported it and he was not fired. He was only fired later for doing cocaine on the job. Then a manager shared some sensitive information about my life and spread it to all of my coworkers and I told HR that I was going to quit. I later found evidence of her spreading information from an ex-coworker who confirmed it. I turned in the information I gathered to HR and they failed to fire her. So then I quit. Then, I just went in to pick up what I thought was my W2..to find out it wasn't.. it was a 1095 healthcare form. So... I had to quit my job because no one in management has a decent moral compass and now I can't even get the money that I deserve. The food is decent but the people are terrible. They are either completely ignorant as to how to help or they just really don't care about your well-being. I highly suggest that you don't work here if you want to feel safe and valued.

Pros

They just opened so plenty of job opportunities, but I work in the grocery department under great management who does recognise my hard work. I like a face paced, high volume environment and this is exactly what it is. You should be willing to work and willing to show people what you do. The discount is good though a little small based on past places I've worked, but the environment and pay is nice. I've made more money here than I have at any part time job I've ever had in my life, in just the past 4 weeks. Very flexible with schedules for their employees and the company offers a lot of great benefits

Cons

Super busy (if you're not about that), a lot of staff coming and going as they just opened and many people don't know what to expect. Not too many cons. I work closing shifts mostly so sometimes you don't want to close by yourself, but it's also nice because you get in a zone and get to do things your own way.

Pros

The idea of it is all right. Fresh/real ingredients, I think?

Cons

Evil under the core manipulators who are fake and try to use you for whatever plans they may have in store for the employee. Not enough money because they work on a point system which I think is a scam. Unfortunately, I'm all Italian out.
