-Depending on your department, good team culture -Good staff discount throughout store and restaurants -Lively atmosphere -Potential for increasing responsibility -Good staff classes -Free staff breakfast on Friday morning -If you're interested in Italian food and culture, you've got plenty of resources

Cons

-Incredibly high employee turnover -Management is incredibly disorganized, good luck if you have a question -Random schedule changes means you can't make plans in advance -The crowds get ridiculous -Testy customers -Depending on how scheduling works out, you can end up working for ten days straight

Pros

Great atmosphere and product as well as an amazing concept. This place is great. Learned a lot and had time for a personal life.

Cons

Totally commercial. It's like the Disney of Italian food. Hectic is an understatement. They pay poorly, offer poor benefits, and don't hold staff or managers to any standard. They'll hire anyone which isn't good.

Cultural learning, free staff meal. If you're willing to work and apply yourself you will move upward.

Cons

Nepotism, specifically in management roles to Italians or people that speak Italian. Expectations for management to consistently work on days off. Unexperienced personnel consistently working "department head" positions.
