Tastes of all Italian foods, benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401k match program, lots of training for beverage. Networking opportunities. Extensive training on products. New company w/ lots of new stores opening (growth within company)

Cons

As a salaried employee, you are required to Jump Into any station needed, and still have to do your job. No compensation for it. Upper management doesn't jump in help, they just complain and ask how we can fix it.

Incredible product, great team community among full-time employees, enriching work (sharing the Eataly lifestyle with guests was very rewarding)

Cons

Pay was $20K below industry average for my role, hours were long, organization was rejected in favor of chaos, unhealthy management style among corporate managers, promoting inept managers due to tenure and not aptitude

Amazing learning experience; retail, restaurants, quick service, Eataly has it all. Co-workers are friendly and supportive. Great hours. Youthful and innovative environment.

Cons

Terrible pay. Disorganized corporate support; payroll is a nightmare, no one is truly empowered to make decisions. Terrible execution of store initiatives, chaotic messages from management. Very misogynistic and unsupportive of minorities.
