Indeed, Trace One wants to support the development of its employees by taking into account their personal aspirations during periodic reviews and by promoting internal mobility. To encourage learning and skill developments we provide all our employees with LinkedIn Learning for them to access training material on the content of their choice as well as face to face trainings. We disagree with your comment on the technology stack. We have a modular platform architecture based on Shared Services to deliver integrated platform of Business Applications with a new User Experience provided progressively in our solutions. The new Business Applications are based on modern technologies: Front-End (React) and the Back-End Shared services (.Net Core). Our teams are organized in squads and tribes such as Spotify and we implemented Agile methodologies. Our goal is to constantly improve our processes, tools, and products.

We make a point of communicating with our managers about the importance of their role so that they can support their teams in the best way. In fact, we have set up a corporate university dedicated to management: the Trace One Leader Academy.       the office location and the people, the technology is super crappy - so it's an advantage to get away from it

      Management, Product, Crappy office since they re-did it as a start-up (cramming many desks together)

As far as our offices are concerned, we plan to offer a new collaborative experience to our employees that combines flexibility and friendliness. We are moving to modern, functional and more professional co-working spaces. As far as our technology is concerned, we are redeveloping all our core products with the latest technologies such as React or .netCore. Since 3 years, we have been transforming ourselves: new products, new branding and new employee experience!
