Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The well-being of our employees is our main priority, and we offer a friendly and nice work environment indeed. The leadership team is always open to suggestions and welcome transparency and constructive feedbacks. We obviously disagree with your comments on ”changes in direction, politics & drama”. We expect everyone to take an active part in business decisions and drama and politics have no place in our company. Operational priorities may change over time as we need to stay agile and flexible. However, the strategy is clear and shared with our employees and there is no change in the company’s overall direction. Finally, Trace One offers a lot of opportunities for growth and development. Most employees feel they have a chance to progress and advance in their career, as demonstrated by the many promotions, internal mobilities and large training offering.
