Trace One is committed to empowering its employees so that they can become more independent and grow on their job. Moreover, to develop team spirit and maintain the link between employees from different departments, we usually organize after works and teambuilding sessions. We understand that the remote management can be difficult, and we work on improving our practices and tools to foster collaboration and communication across locations and cultures through the implementation of Teams or Linkedin Learning for example. We thank you for your advice and we are taking them into consideration.

Our teams work in a pleasant environment in St. Albans nearby the station. Our office offers convivial spaces and we regularly organize corporate events to strengthen team cohesion. Our employees benefit from a working from home policy to avoid commuting and to have a god private/professional life balance.
Our Engineering teams work in squads following the Spotify model and we use the latest technologies openAPI's, REACT, lastest version of C#. As for salary packages we rely on benchmarks to ensure our compensation is competitive against market.
We therefore reiterate our sincere regrets about your experience, but we can assure you that this is an isolated case, and we will ensure that it remains so.
