Indeed, Trace One wants to support the development of its employees by taking into account their personal aspirations during periodic reviews and by promoting internal mobility. To encourage learning and skill developments we provide all our employees with LinkedIn Learning for them to access training material on the content of their choice as well as face to face trainings. We disagree with your comment on the technology stack. We have a modular platform architecture based on Shared Services to deliver integrated platform of Business Applications with a new User Experience provided progressively in our solutions. The new Business Applications are based on modern technologies: Front-End (React) and the Back-End Shared services (.Net Core). Our teams are organized in squads and tribes such as Spotify and we implemented Agile methodologies. Our goal is to constantly improve our processes, tools, and products.

Pros

Work/life balance, some friendly colleagues, decent amount of autonomy depending on which team you're on, little to no accountability

Cons

Incompetent leadership actively making decisions that hurt the business, an extremely outdated product and high customer churn. PE owned with little profit left to extract coupled with unrealistic goals based on minimal budget. Serious lack of HR support (especially in US) for everything from benefits to tax requirements, no real career path or advancement opportunities (even promotions come with less than 5% or no raise), obsession with hierarchy, painfully slow and inefficient internal processes, lots of dead weight because it's very difficult to fire people in Europe. This company is a joke. RUN don't walk away from them.
