      Pros

      Opportunity to travel worldwide. Easy to stand out in a company filled with underachievers. If you fit in with the drone mentality and thrive in a blame culture, you could do well.

      Cons

      Not a company to work for if working in a creative environment is important to you. A company filled with "yes people" where incompetence and mysogeny is prevalent and rewarded. Old fashioned culture. Pretend to be ethical at face value, but not practiced in reality. Double standards are plentiful.

      Pros

      Company diversity,everyone is very sociable and helpful. Have cafeteria at this location great food. Family oriented company. Lots of international backgrounds so you get to meet different people from different countries.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities can sometime become very slim once in certain departments. Need better manager training for new roles. Amount of work done is not always as recognized as much as you feel it should be. More recognition needed in divisions of the company.

      Pros

      Amazing product offering, exciting industry, global presence, and the ability to learn about many technical disciplines in engineering, production, and sales. Great place for young professionals to get their careers started. Quarterly employee lunches. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Senior management practices a toxic work environment, lots of drama, undermining, mixed in with a culture of fear, distrust, and judgments. Industry is collapsing worldwide and has not recovered since late 2012. Antiquated production systems and software.
