Pros

The organization offers great benefits and a competitive salary. It's a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure to heavy equipment manufacturing in a global environment in which international travel is tied to many roles. Fast paced and deadline driven.

Cons

Executive management is not always in alignment. Constantly shifting priorities and, depending upon your position, limited work/life balance. New hires aren't always given the full capacity to succeed due to lack of training/development and coaching by their manager(s). It's an extremely complex organization to navigate through without the proper integration.

Pros

Diverse workgroup. Opportunity to work with and learn from other subject matter experts.

Cons

Unstructured training program. Short staffing and high demand projects leads to ineffecient use of valuable resources. Upper management does not have a firm understanding of the business and what it wants for the long term.
