Pros
Great people all around - even the managers who give you a hard time when you put their work personality aside. Personalities mesh pretty well in the office and its a small office so people personally know you (which can prove good and bad) but I'd lean towards good - I've made a lot of friends here that I hang out with outside the office
Cons
Becoming very cutthroat and toxic (my guess due to scaling and Bain taking a more active role). Started to become a place where there is less patience and time to learn, used to be a place that fostered growing. Now there is a very high expectation off the bat and if you can't make them happy, you're gone. There is also no real way to measure success, it is opinion based and up to your manager which means if your manager does not like you then get ready to pack it up. They don't train you properly and then wonder why you can't produce work to their expectations.
