      Pros

      Great company culture of support and growth Access to all levels of the company no matter your seniority Diverse and challenging opportunities (over a handful of clients in only 1.5 years at Proxima within a number of different industries and client sizes/types). I've been challenged by the work with highs and lows throughout but have always been provided support from leadership and peers Good benefits (flexible work, PTO days, learning/training opportunities, etc.) Constant learning and development

      Better training and learning/development is being rolled out since I first joined.

      Great for Graduates

      Pros

      - People - Variety of clients - Exposure to categories - Exposure to 'C-suite' - Travel As a graduate, Proxima have heavily invested in my development as a consultancy professional, but also as a person. I feel like a valued member of the team, and really enjoy working within a great organisation.

      Cons

      Expectation to travel will not suit everyone

      - Great culture - Diverse and varied work - Very open and approachable people / management - Clear and structured development

      Cons

      - Usual consultancy cons are proactively managed (especially when voiced) so nothing comes to mind
