Management loves to furlough employees without good reason, rather than actually work to mitigate client risk. Don’t work at Proxima if you plan to be gainfully employed.

- Amazing colleauges who are always willing to share ideas and help solve problems -Lots of autonomy to manage your career path and work on things you like -Good salaries and PTO offering

Cons

-Remote work has been challenging during the pandemic -Long hours to meet client deadlines -Furloughs were painful, but we are working our way back
