Pros
The people are what makes Proxima so great, its a collaborative and friendly culture. The consultancy also has a lot of potential, we get to experience working on a variety of client engagements from different industries, you can learn a lot during your time here.
Cons
Proxima is lacking polish compared to its competitors. You work the same hours as a first class consultancy but get paid less, no performance bonus this year which really demotivates people given how hard they work, Management didn't even bother to communicate the lack of bonus. What ends up happening is that the good consultant get their experience here and leave to go somewhere better. This is a great shame as it feels like each time a person leaves Proxima loses its culture. Its become more of a stop gap consultancy or a stepping stone for your career.
