      Pros

      Really interesting and complex work across a range of sectors Great team to work with that has a real open and collaborative style The Board is the most accessible i've ever worked with The broader team is really open to knowledge sharing so despite my experience I continue to learn....and obviously share what I know Great social culture too

      - There are some good people that work there. - Close-knit team that has each others back.

      Cons

      - No direction or follow- through. - Quick to place and assign blame. - Outdated analytics technologies and practices. - Too much bureaucracy to drive any substantive change or progress. - Pressure and stress are not worth pay and time. There are better data roles out there. - Obsessed with feedback that ultimately leads to no change. - Quick to manage people out if they are not a good 'fit'.

      - Does lot of furloughs - Have low diversity and relatively few people with the strong STEM background and bent of mind - US business growth has face challenges
