- Culture: Great people, very supportive environment, a lot of social events, heavy drinking culture but also try to be inclusive and have diverse social events. - Work: for a starter in consultancy / procurement, have the opportunity to grow definitely. Haven't got the feeling of reaching the ceiling to learn after joining for 1 year. Most of the time you don't need to work extra hours but sometimes it does get stressed and unbalanced workload during the workdays. Hybrid mode of working, how fantastic! - If you don't drink, it might still make it harder to build connection, but this is more of a fact of this industry rather than Proxima alone. - The salary might be less satisfying between promotion from consultant to senior consultant, but it is case by case. - Sometimes you can be put into a project for a very long time, it could mean less industry exposure.
