Pros

- Culture: Great people, very supportive environment, a lot of social events, heavy drinking culture but also try to be inclusive and have diverse social events. - Work: for a starter in consultancy / procurement, have the opportunity to grow definitely. Haven't got the feeling of reaching the ceiling to learn after joining for 1 year. Most of the time you don't need to work extra hours but sometimes it does get stressed and unbalanced workload during the workdays. Hybrid mode of working, how fantastic! Sponsored you to do the CIPS / other exams after probation (salary review attached) Life work balance fairly good, brely any politics, you can really enjoy working and after work forget about it and have fun with your friends. - Career development: most people progressing within procurement space (consulting / in-house procurement). Internally the promotion is quite standard, around 15 - 18 months from analyst to consultant, annual salary review.

Cons

- If you don't drink, it might still make it harder to build connection, but this is more of a fact of this industry rather than Proxima alone. - The salary might be less satisfying between promotion from consultant to senior consultant, but it is case by case. - Sometimes you can be put into a project for a very long time, it could mean less industry exposure.

Pros

The main pro is that the people who have been at Proxima for a while are invested / passionate about the business, and that shows in how they invest time into you.

Cons

The employee turnover is ludicrous, and the pay is substandard across the board.

Pros

Now, there are no pros that can be celebrated. Unfortunately for Proxima they have gone from a good, supportive management team, to a team that need official management training. A year ago, there was good morale, work life balance etc. Training, well-being, and people were important. That no longer exists.

Cons

You will be assigned work with very little training, treated like a number rather than a person and expected to have your foot to the floor until burn out. The management team do not know how to run a team or mange people, resulting in meetings being held last minute, with multiple attendees (from management team for support) using bullying tactics
