      Pros

      Proxima can be really great for growing in your career and the type of work you do. The people are all very willing to be part of a team and very collaborative and supportive of each other. PTO is great and benefits overall have improved greatly. The Chicago team was flown to the UK last year for our annual conference!

      Cons

      Travel can be challenging at times but it comes with the job. IT and network are always down (UK based) so it becomes a challenge to be productive. Diversity is seriously lacking and it seems very little is done to improve it. Unsure it’s even a priority. Last week alone ALL the interviews for an EA position we’re Caucasian ladies. Chicago is so diverse so it’s hard to understand why we can’t even interview more POC, let along, hire, when we talk about hiring goals it should be more than just gender.

      - Real opportunity to learn from procurement category experts who genuinely care and want to help you - Flat hierarchy makes it really easy to collaborate, and senior leadership are friendly and accessible - Friendliest people ever, everyone is willing to help and open to listening to your ideas - Great social side of work with lots of activities organised and opportunity to celebrate successes - Emphasis on client work of course, but also on your personal development and how you can expand knowledge away from client projects
