      Pros

      Now, there are no pros that can be celebrated. Unfortunately for Proxima they have gone from a good, supportive management team, to a team that need official management training. A year ago, there was good morale, work life balance etc. Training, well-being, and people were important. That no longer exists.

      Cons

      You will be assigned work with very little training, treated like a number rather than a person and expected to have your foot to the floor until burn out. The management team do not know how to run a team or mange people, resulting in meetings being held last minute, with multiple attendees (from management team for support) using bullying tactics

      Cannot think of anything apart from 9-5 Monday to Friday

      Cons

      Absolute joke. Didn't know what job role I was doing as was being passed around different departments. There was a shortage on work so literally had NOTHING to do. They had swapped managers and it went down hill. There was No training when I started. Everything was up in the air

      The culture is great. Team orientated like a family. Amazing work life balance and the practices around it Respectful and inclusive of your opionion and your value There is a strategic outlook on your work and the company Variety of work on different projects and the support from the entire team on projects. Project work and collaboration are exciting and interesting Leadership and strategy to how and what ArcBlue is cascades down straight to you. Training and progression has strong values and good availability with messaging. Mentorship and guidance on your work and growth is part of the company values.

      Maybe some more team intoduction or activities to meet the different people on your team for further connection and understanding who you are working with and why.
