Pros

Something different every day, no day is the same. A very collaborative culture, I have personally never had any issues reaching out to colleagues and management for projects or even just development conversations Flexible working between home and office, great for family life

Cons

On occasion, long hours are expected, but it's a consultancy and I found that the support is there if you need it/ask for it

Pros

Management open to ideas and to listen. People working here are the friendliest and most supportive I've ever worked with. Some really good and engaging DEI initiatives which are clearly supported by senior leadership

Cons

Its a consultancy so long hours to be expected and in a post covid world travel is back on the agenda - not really cons for me but something to be aware of
