Pros

- The people are predominantly exceptional individuals

Cons

- There is a lack of diversity - There is a noticeable boys club at the top. Management prefer to use scare tactics as their preferred form of negotiation (influence) with colleagues - Management will ask you not to progress with your career ambitions if they’re having a poor financial year so they can protect their P&L - Management will protect senior colleagues with multiple formal complaints through the channels to save face of a questionable hire

Pros

Shame to not be able to fill this box... a year or so ago this would have been full..... considering being with the company many years!

Cons

Poor management. Employee welfare and mental health is not important regardless of what is posted on linked in. Male driven management who like to use bullying and intimidation are not management styles

Some great individuals and colleagues. Reasonable variety of work

Cons

Poor support from management. Bonus not incentivised by individual performance. Poor HR support. Staff morale challenges post Bain acquisition.
