Some great colleagues who really help each other out

A real focus on growth but leadership are never present now Feels like we’ve lost polish compared to our competitors and it’s sad to see good people go No performance bonus when we are working long hours delivering for clients is not motivating Culture seems to have got less collaborative over the last few years, definitely since Bain bought Proxima
