I'm pleased to read that you liked some of the benefits of working in our Customer Ops team such as the free flowing food and drinks on offer so all employees can have breakfast and lunch and no cost. I'm sorry to hear about how you perceived a lack of progression. As Director of Customer Operations I've extremely proud that 75% of our frontline leaders in install support teams are internal promotions. All our hiring decisions are based on who is the best candidate for the job and we encourage anyone who feels they are not getting the recognition they deserve to discuss this in 121's with line manager and utilise the many other communications channels we have so everyone has the opportunity to be heard. I regularly respond to feedback and have open and valuable conversations 121 with our awesome frontline team members, as do the rest of the leadership team, as you'll know being a member of the team in the past. These conversations help to give clarity on what you can do to develop your aspirations for leadership and focus on the things you need to do, as well as support your understanding of the reality of our leadership progression, which in our case has created an extremely diverse leadership team across our various offices.
