I'm sorry to hear about how you perceived a lack of progression. As Director of Customer Operations I've extremely proud that 75% of our frontline leaders in install support teams are internal promotions. All our hiring decisions are based on who is the best candidate for the job and we encourage anyone who feels they are not getting the recognition they deserve to discuss this in 121's with line manager and utilise the many other communications channels we have so everyone has the opportunity to be heard.
