I didn’t have to mask or explain myself, whether that was in relation to my cultural background or my neurodiverse brain. They got it. And they welcomed it. ✅ Pros: No pressure, no pointless hoops to jump through, just real, respectful conversations. Super inclusive and supportive, I felt seen and valued even before sitting down for a proper chat. Flexible, honest, and genuinely interested in who I am, not just what’s on my CV. The first time a hiring process felt 50/50, like they were assessing fit for both sides, not just putting me under a microscope.
