      Friendly and supportive colleagues, working in a team with lots of collaboration. Progression that is in your hands and based on your interests and skills. Incentive and team challenges to motivate and encourage.

      You can have difficult calls which are challenging but your are well supported.

      Octopus Energy are super supportive and really care about their staff. We have the freedom to deliver amazing service without being micro-managed which makes everyone feel empowered. We are given all the tools we need to be able to deliver amazing results and we all share in the success of the business with opportunities across the UK and worldwide.

      Cons

      Octopus is a high growth environment with lots of opportunities, which means sometimes we need to add in that extra effort which can be a challenge but also really rewarding to see the end results
